Stars of Wicklow is a countywide talent competition celebrating the creativity, passion and diversity of performers across County Wicklow. Open to Junior (8–17) and Adult (18+) entrants, the competition welcomes singers, dancers, musicians, comedians, magicians, spoken word artists, variety acts and unique performers of all kinds.
Our mission is to provide a professional platform where local talent can perform, grow in confidence and connect with audiences from across the county. Through live performances, community support and exciting opportunities, Stars of Wicklow aims to inspire the next generation of performers while showcasing the incredible talent that already exists in our towns and villages. Our hope is to grow this event into an annual competition to highlight the incredible talent of Co. Wicklow.

Meet The Team
Martina Lynch and Emma Wall are delighted to be co-producing the inaugural Stars of Wicklow talent competition. Combining their shared passion for the performing arts and community engagement, they are excited to discover and celebrate the incredible talent that exists throughout County Wicklow and look forward to giving local performers an unforgettable platform to shine.
Martina Lynch
Martina Lynch is an award-winning dance educator, choreographer and creative producer based in Co. Wicklow, and the owner and director of the multi award-winning Studio 55 Dance Academy.
With over 17 years of experience in dance education, choreography and live event production, Martina was recently honoured as Ireland's Dance Educator of the Year, following five national award nominations for her studio.
A five-time AIMS Award nominee, Martina has been the resident choreographer with Avonmore Musical Society for the past 16 years.
She trained at the prestigious Merseyside Dance & Drama Centre in Liverpool and is a qualified teacher with the Associated Board of Dance, as well as a member of both the Irish Board of Dance Performance and the Irish Board of Speech & Drama.
Her extensive choreography credits include: The Wiz, Grease, Seussical, The Wedding Singer, The Wizard of Oz, Beauty and the Beast, The Addams Family, The Witches of Eastwick, Aladdin, Oliver!, Evita, Shrek, Mamma Mia!, The Little Mermaid, Hairspray, Jesus Christ Superstar, 9 to 5, Sister Act, Six, Elf, The Clockmaker's Daughter…among many others.

Emma Wall
Emma Wall is a writer, director and creative project manager from Arklow, Co. Wicklow, with over a decade of experience across film, commercial productions, stage and live events. With a background in casting, production and talent development, Emma has worked with leading industry professionals in Ireland and the UK, developing a strong eye for discovering emerging talent and bringing ambitious creative projects to life.
Having worked across film, commercial and live event production, Emma combines creative vision with exceptional project management and event delivery. Emma also volunteers her time as the Bookings & Workshop Co ordinator for Arklow Arts Centre. Passionate about fostering creative communities, Emma is committed to creating platforms that celebrate local talent and inspire the next generation of performers.
